WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE RIGHT REAR PASSENGER TIRE BLEW OUT FROM THE INSIDE. WHEN HE NOTIFIED THE MERCHANT WHERE THE TIRES WERE PURCHASED HE STATED THAT HE WAS AWARE OF THE DEFECT IN THE TIRES.
