THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED TO FUNCTION IN THAT MANNER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.…
