I HAD FOUR OF THESE TIRES ON MY TRAILER WHICH WAS BOUGHT NEW IN 1996. THESE TIRES CAME WITH IT. LAST YEAR IN 1999 I HAD TWO OF THESE TIRES VIOLENTLY BLOW ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASSIONS. IT WAS UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONNS AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THE TREAD ON BOTH TIRES PEELED OF AFTER BLOWING, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE TRAILER. THE ONL…
