WHEN APPLYING THE ABS BRAKES, THE BRAKES LOCKED UP, CAUSING A COLLISION IN WHICH THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY IN FRONTAL IMPACT. *AK *JB
