THE DRIVER SLOWED TO 45MPH AND PULLED OVER INTO THE RIGHT LANE. AT THAT TIME, THE LEFT FRONT END DROPPED. THE DRIVER SWERVED AND COLLIDED INTO A GUARD RAIL. THE DRIVER NOTICED THE LEFT FRONT TIRE BLEW. THE TREAD AND BELT HAD SEPARATED FROM THE TIRE. THE DRIVER WAS INJURED AS A RESULT OF THE CRASH. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A REPAIR SHOP. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 26,423.
