DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHEN USING THE LATCH SYSTEM IN THE MIDDLE ROW SEATING, THE THIRD ROW SEATING IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCESS. THE PROBLEM OCCURRED WHEN A CHILD PASSENGER WAS IN THE MIDDLE ROW SEAT IN A CAR SEAT AND THAT MADE THE SEAT NOT ABLE TO TILT FORWARD.
