I BOUGHT A CAR TOW DOLLY ON 2/12/18. THERE IS ONE BOLT HOLDING THE PAN TO THE LOWER CONTROL FRAME. I PLACED A CAR ON IT. IT WAS VERY SCAREY TRYING TO PULL THE CAR DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT ON THE FRAME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NO HELP IN TRYING TO IMPROVE THE RIDE.
