TRAILER WAS SHIPPED FROM FACTORY WITH SUSPENSION COMPONENTS PARTIALLY INSTALLED. THIS WAS NOTICED AFTER APPROXIMATELY YEAR OF OPERATIONS AND THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY. ONE OF THE ATTACHED PICTURES SHOWS MISSING LEAF SPRING SHACKLES, MISSING LOCK NUTS ON U BOLTS. THE OTHER PICTURE SHOWS THE U BOLT WITH THE REMAINING LOCK NUT. THE INTACT NYLON INSERT ON THE LOCK NUT WAS FURTHER PROOF THAT THE HARDWARE WAS NEVER SECURED AT INSTALLATION. MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACT AND THEY ADMITTED THAT THE "LEAF SPRING FRAME MOUNTS WERE WELDED IN THE WRONG LOCATION" MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL THE LEAF SPRING CORRECTLY.
