VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: THESE VEHICLES WERE BUILT FOR THE U. S. POSTAL SERVICE. THE CONTROL SWITCH FOR THE BACK-UP LIGHTS WERE OMITTED DURING ASSEMBLY.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: OTHER VEHICLES OR PEOPLE WALKING BEHIND THESE VEHICLES MAY NOT BE AWARE THAT THE VEHICLE IS BACKING UP INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PEDESTRIANS.

Remedy: POSTAL SERVICE REPAIR SHOPS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A SWITCH AND WIRING TO CONNECT THESE LIGHTS.
