TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE "REDUCE ENGINE SPEED" WARNING MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO DECELERATE TO 5 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,073.
