2014 Cadillac Ats

The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac ATS. The contact stated that the vehicle hesitated while attempting to accelerate. There was a howling sound coming from the driver’s side of the vehicle. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED A VOUCHER TOWARD THE COST OF REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 24,000.
