I purchased this vehicle on [XXX]. Dealership was: PM AUTO GALLERY, LLC. This vehicle had a salvaged title due to an accident several months earlier. Pablo Mazlumian is the proprietor & owner. He did disclose that this Buick Envision was salvaged, yet in good working order. He recommended getting the vehicle inspected from a independent shop prior to purchase. This was completed by CHRISTIAN BROTHERS also located in KS. There were no apparent issues found by this inspection, nor were there any disclosed issues made by Pablo. Pablo did highly recommend that I purchase a fully extended warranty through a company that he was associated with. A warrty was purchased. This vehicle was then purchased in "Good Faith", believing there no issues associated with this vehicle. In late June 2026, an idiot light on the dashboard started flashing. I contacted Pablo, who suggested calling the extended warranty company. In early July 2026, this same extended warranty company was notified. I was told to take the vehicle into any shop with a certified mechanic to complete a diagnostic testing. This cost ($140) was an out-of-pocket expense. It was determined that there was an issue with the airbag. I was told by the warranty company that it was not covered because they deemed it as a "pre-existing issue". My local Buick dealership was then contacted, where the airbag part number on this part was not designed for this Buick & could create issues, including possible fatalities. Pablo was made aware of this issue. Pablo stated that since the airbag was apparently not correct, he would accept reimbursing me for a 3rd party airbag, if I would agree in returning the current airbag back to him to use on another possible vehicle. This concerned me because of 1) Counterfeit 3rd party airbags & 2) The very strict compliance regulations in returning HAZMAT airbags that Pablo was ignoring. Pablo was told that a comparable OEM Buick airbag was needed. He refused to approve it. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF IN

On July 23, 2026, the transmission failed. I was driving for a weekend getaway (4.5 hrs from my home) and the transmission jerked extremely hard three times and I lost control of the car. I was driving through the mountains at 8pm. The RPM was in the red zone, even though my speed was fairly low. The car would not go into Park or Reverse. I took the car to HONOR GMC for diagnostic and they told me it cost $249 for the basic check. After the basic check, and not finding the solution, it would be an additional $2500 to drop the transmission for further inspection. Prior to this, there was no indication/warning light that the transmission was failing on a 3 year old car. The transmission on a 3 year old car shouldn't fail. Can you please help me with this problem?

Onstar module out. Car can not be detected of location. Can not use gps. In the event of accident onstar can not help me this is a safety problem for a woman especially. When it first went out the car would not cut completely off had to disconnect battery. The gps light stays on with a line through it. Can’t use blue onstar button it’s completely out. Dealership says module needs to be changed. It has also affected other components of the car. I see this is a wide range problem. Dealer sell this as a safety component in the car but when asked about a recall they now want to state its its luxury.

The transmission on the vehicle failed. It is available for inspection. The vehicle began jolting, when accelerating from a stop, or when slowing to a stop. Seemed to be slipping out of gear while driving. We reported the incident to the dealership. They said they found nothing wrong. The issue continued, and the check engine light came on, so we returned to the dealer again. This time they found it needed the transmission to be rebuilt. They have had the car at the service center for 5 months. The parts they need are no longer available.

Parked a running vehicle, 2023 Buick Envision with 52000 miles and when I went to start the car again, it would not run; cranked OK but would not start, just "stumbled" for a few seconds and then nothing. Tried several times thereafter to start to no avail. Called for a tow and learned that due to a not running vehicle that has electronic transmission, could not put it in neutral to allow a simple tow; tow driver had to put dolly on both front wheels and rear to tow to GM dealer. Original decision by service rep was that the fault was due to a bad fuel pump module. I called GM for any recall on this model and device only to hear that it was not a problem for them to present a recall. I am not the first customer that has had this problem according to your website and number of complaints with the same make, year, and model of Buick.

While driving in traffic, after changing lanes, the vehicle experienced a complete electrical shutdown without warning. The engine shut off, the dashboard went completely black, and hazard lights were not functional. There were no warning lights, messages, or audible alerts prior to the failure. The vehicle was in active traffic and, stopped without power steering or brake assist. After opening the hood, multiple wiring harnesses and a loose battery cable were visually observed. When wiring was physically moved, electrical power was immediately restored. Upon restart, the vehicle hesitated to start and then displayed messages instructing the driver to open and close the driver and passenger windows, indicating a full system reset due to power loss. We were able to return home safely. Parked the car, and obtained a rental. The vehicle had been serviced by the Buick dealership where the car was purchased, three days earlier. Two days after the incident, I was able to speak to someone at the dealership, who stated they may have bumped something. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, and assessed. The dealership later documented a loose battery cable and promised to replace a fatigued clip, but denied responsibility for the incident. I contacted the manufacturer, and was referred back to the dealership. The vehicle has only been inspected by the dealership. This incident created a serious safety risk, to our lives, as well as our fellow drivers' lives, as the vehicle lost all electrical power, including required safety lighting, while in traffic, without warning. The vehicle is available for inspection, upon request.

I bought a used 2023 Buick Envision with 49k miles on it. It was not covered under warranty due to mileage. A couple of weeks after purchase the CEL came on. It was originally diagnosed as a bad battery. It was later diagnosed as a failed Telematics Module. I had the module replaced on 8/23/25 so it is not available for inspection unless the dealer has it. After reading many complaints for the same problem on many different GM cars I suspect the bad battery had been drained by the failing Telematics module. Although it did not happen to me directly others have reported the car dying in the middle of the road because the battery died. The car has only been inspected by two dealerships since my purchase. I am reporting this because there are so many others facing this problem. I live in Los Angeles and my dealership was able to get the part and replace it. So many others are not even able to get the part. Their lives are being negatively impacted. I hope you can gather enough complaints and force GM to recall these modules or come up with a solution. This is dangerous and extremely frustrating for many consumers. Thank you for your time. PS - I can provide the invoice for the module replacement if you need it.
