    Driver's seat belt cable going to floor on outside of seat broke, it is available for inspection. Seat belt is inoperative. I spoke with a dealer, but I am over on miles to be covered by warranty.     The SmartFloor rear passenger (driver side and passenger side) bucket seat seatbelt retractors do not release to allow a passenger to buckle the seat belt.
