prior to every trip i make i do a pre trip inspection . I purchased a brand new brinkley rv on 2/18/2026 the hitch where it connects to my vehicle on the rv side has a major CRACK in the frame . my rv came equipped with the the LIPPERT TCS suspension and I am experiencing a suspension failure where the suspension parts are falling off as I am driving without warning .i did a post trip in spection because i notice a significant change in the way the rv was handling and i found this : the bolts that hold the axles are hitting the frame . shock bolts are shearing off and coming loose , shock absorbers are falling off . bump stops are falling off and i lost one on the highway back from [XXX] . the unit has less than 2500 miles on it . if a shock absorber or other suspension parts fall off it could cause a catastrophic accident . the curt TCS failure are going viral on you tube the rv is currently in my driveway and it is unsafe to transport .
