THE REAR BRAKE, MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAKE LINES WERE PREVIOUSLY REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FOR THE MOST RECENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE DEFECT.
