TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 BIGDOG PITBULL. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS, THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED (REPAIR DETAILS WERE UNAVAILABLE). THE FAILURE CONTINUED SO THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS WAITING TO BE REPAIRED AGAIN. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEALER WAS AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF THE PARTS. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN. THE CONSUMER STATED SHE WAS TOLD THREE TIMES SINCE JULY THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE DINE IN 5 WEEKS, BECAUSE THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAD TO BE REDESIGNED TO REPLACE THE ELECTRONIC HARNESS CONTROLLER. THE CONSUMER STATED IF SHE DIDN'T HEAR FROM THE MANUFACTURER SHE WOULD SEEK OTHER ALTERNATIVES. UPDATED EVOQ 02/09/11
