The contact owns a 2005 Bentley Arnage. The contact stated while driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle was out of alignment. The contact owns a 2005 Bentley Arnage. The contact stated while driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle was out of alignment. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and was informed that the front suspension lower ball joint needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. A dealer was not contacted. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 05V546000 (Suspension) however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 28,000. The consumer stated the mgr. at Bentley-Dallas informed him ,"they had no recalls and nothing we can do for you at this time".
