2025 Audi Q6 E-TRON

My 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron has repeated intermittent door-lock/door-release failures affecting multiple doors. Doors have failed to open from both inside and outside. I am concerned this could prevent or delay occupant egress in an emergency. The vehicle has been presented to Audi [XXX] repeatedly for this concern: XXX and XXX. Repairs have primarily involved software updates. During the August visit, Audi Technical Assistance Center (TAC #XXX) became involved due to the repeat concern. Audi directed the dealer to reinstall the KD2* software update and update four additional control modules. The vehicle was returned XXX. The problem immediately recurred: XXX - Driver door did not release normally from inside. XXX - Driver door again did not open normally from inside. XXX - Right-rear passenger door would not open from inside. XXX - Driver door would not open from inside (video available). XXX - Front passenger door would not open from outside. XXX - Front passenger door again would not open from outside. At the end of the same journey, it also failed to open normally from inside and required THREE pulls of the interior handle. The vehicle also has recurring ADAS/collision-system faults. On XXX, while stationary, it unexpectedly generated a large red collision/pre-crash warning and strongly pretensioned the driver's seatbelt. An ADAS failure also occurred while driving that day. On XXX following another passenger-door failure, the vehicle displayed "Driver assistance systems: currently limited." A large yellow warning triangle remained illuminated during the journey. These safety-related faults continue despite repeated repairs and Audi TAC involvement.
