THE VEHICLE, A 2012 APRILIA TUONO V4R, STALLED WHILE IN TRANSIT ALMOST RESULTING IN A CRASH. Fuel/propulsion System

WARMED UP ENGINE, SAT ON BIKE, STARTED OFF DOWN DRIVEWAY AND THROTTLE STUCK OPEN AND WAS REVVING UP TO 5000 RPM . BIKE WAS UNCONTROLLABLE AT FIRST BUT WAS STOPPED WITH THE CLUTCH LEVER PULLED IN. ENGINE WAS REVVING OUT OF CONTROL BETWEEN 1000 AND 5000 RPM. ENGINE SHUT OFF WITH KEY. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND SERVICE LIGHT WAS ON.
