THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000. UPDATED 10/7/14*CN THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED ANY ASSISTANCE. I HAVE PURCHASED A 2007 APILIA TUONO R AND THE REAR BRESK HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. A DEALER HAS BLED THE BRAKE AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I WAS TOLD THIS IS AN APRILIA QUIIRK AND TO PURCHASE REARSETS AND THE PROBLEM MAY GO AWAY. *JB

WE OPENED THIS PE AFTER BECOMING AWARE OF ALLEGATIONS THAT MY 2006-07 APRILIA MILLEMODEL MOTORCYCLES WERE STALLING WHILE UNDERWAY WHEN THE IN-TANK FUEL PUMP AND DOWNSTREAM FUEL DELIVERY HOSE DISCONNECTED.SUBSEQUENTLY, PIAGGIO DECIDED TO RECALL THE SUBJECT VEHICLES TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE (08V-306).WITH THAT RECALL, THIS PE IS CLOSED.
