THE TWO 0.5 BY 1.5 INCH TUBES THAT THE LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM TANK IS BOLTED TO ARE SUBJECT TO FAILURE AT THE WELD BETWEEN THE TUBE ENDS AND THE SUBFLOOR STRUCTURE. INADEQUATE MOUNTING COULD MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR THE TANK TO SEPARATE FROM THE MOTORHOME.

Remedy: UPON INSPECTION, FOUR BOLTS WILL BE ADDED THROUGH THE TOP OF THE LPG TANK MOUNTING BRACKET TO SECURE IT TO THE FLOOR OF THE MOTORHOME, IF NECESSARY.
