I WAS RETURNING TO OAK RIDGE, TN FROM ORLANDO, FL ON 03/21/15. I WAS TOWING A 2014 ALUMA 5410T LOADED WITH (1) EZGO EXPRESS L6 (GAS) GOLF CART (CURB WT: 1020 LBS.), CONTAINING (1) GALLON OF GAS, AND ALSO CARRYING (1) SPARE TIRE. THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE ON TRAILER, EXCEPT THE TIE-DOWN STRAPS. I STOPPED IN THE OAKS MALL PARKING LOT AT 6419 NEWBERRY ROAD, GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA 32605 AROUND 2PM. WHEN I DROVE AT 3 OR 4 MPH OVER A SPEED BUMP, THE TRAILER SEPARATED INTO TWO PIECES. THE FRAME, AXLE, BED, AND CARGO BROKE OFF FROM ARM THAT WAS STILL HITCHED AND CHAINED TO MY RV. THE MAIN PART OF THE TRAILER AND ALL OF THE CARGO WAS COMPLETELY DETACHED FROM MY TOW VEHICLE. I WAS ABLE TO SLOWLY PULL THE TRAILER TO AN EMPTY PART OF THE PARKING LOT, AS THE BODY OF THE TRAILER WAS RESTING ON THE ARM THAT REMAINED HITCHED AND CHAINED TO THE TOW VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. *TR
