Its happen three times know dealership are responsible for false document for affixed recall , why they put me in danger at first place. ON DECEMBER 11 , 2017, I TURNED MY CAR ON START AND IT STARTED SHOWING ME THREE WARNING LIGHTS. I TURNED IT OFF AND TURNED IT ON AGAIN AND THE LIGHTS DISAPPEAR. I TURNED ON MY CAR THE NEXT DAY AND THE LIGHTS ARE STILL SHOWING. ITS ASKING TO FIX THE AIR BAG SYSTEM. MY CAR IS DETECTING OR HAS A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR BAG SYSTEM. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 ACURA TSX. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE CONTACT REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUFFERED INJURIES TO THE MOUTH AND SUSTAINED MILD STOMACH PAIN. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS RECEIVED. THE DRIVER OF THE OTHER VEHICLE COMPLAINED OF PAIN AND WAS ALSO TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A BODY SHOP. THE CONTACT DID NOT KNOW WHETHER THE VEHICLE COULD BE REPAIRED OR WOULD BE DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.

THE MANUFACTURER COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT WAS NOT EXPERIENCING A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
