THE CHILD WAS UNABLE TO BREATH PROPERLY. THE CHILD WAS SEATED IN THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAIL…
