THIS ATV HAS A BROKEN THROTTLE POSITION SENOR, WHICH WAS MADE WITH A BAD DESIGN LETTING WATER INTO THE CONNECTORS. A SMALL SEARCH CAN LINK YOU TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS, LIKE THE ATV RUNNING BADLY AND ALSO NOT STARTING AT ALL. IT WAS COVERED UNDER THE EMISSIONS WARRANTLY, BUT SINCE MOST 2006 AND 2007 RAPTORS THAT WERE AFFECTED ARE PAST THAT WE ARE MADE TO PAY AROUND $300 PARTS AND LABOR, TO GET A BADLY DESIGNED SENSOR FIXED. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THESE SENSORS BECAUSE THEY STOP WORKING RANDOMLY AND CAN CAUSE THE ATV TO HAVE A ROUGH IDLE AND JERKY MOVEMENTS WHEN ACCELERATING, AND CAN LEAD TO ACCIDENTS. *TR
