FUEL PUMP STOPS PUMPING, AND SCOOTER DIES. THEN YOU JUST WAIT AND WAIT UNTIL THE PUMP FINALLY SPINS UP AGAIN, THEN HOPE IT WILL PUMP LONG ENOUGH TO GET YOU HOME. IT IS A ROLL OF THE DICE, IF IT WILL RUN OR NOT RUN AT ANY GIVEN TIME. THERE IS A RECALL (15V066000) ON THE 2008 AND UP MODELS. MINE IS A 07 AND IS DOING THE SAME THING…
