MOTORCYCLE HAS A CHRONIC THROTTLE PROBLEM WHICH CAN CAUSE THE BIKE TO EITHER STALL AT LOW SPEED OR HAVE IT RACE. THE BIKE KEEPS MOVING WITH THE THROTTLE ALL THE SAY CLOSED.
