CONSUMER HAS BEEN EXPERIENCING ONGOING PROBLEMS CONCERNING ABS SYSTEM FAILURE WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF PURCHASE. BRAKE PEDAL WOULD GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FLOOR BEFORE STOPPING THE VEHICLE, OR IT WOULD NOT STOP AS IT SHOULD. CONSUMER NOTICED REAR BRAKES LOOKED AS IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OUT. BUT THE FRONT BRAKES HAVE BEEN REPLACED TOO MANY TIMES FOR PREMATURE WEAR. VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN ONE REAR END COLLISION DUE TO BRAKE FAILURE. VEHICLE HAS BEEN IN/OUT OF DEALER'S SHOP NUMEROUS TIMES, AND THE PROBLEM CANNOT BE FOUND AND CORRECTED. CONSUMER IS REQUESTING AN INVESTIGATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. *AK
