2013 TOYOTA SCION. CONSUMER EXPERIENCED RPM INCREASE AND LACK OF POWER WITH VEHICLE AND ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. THE CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A DIFFERENT DEALER, WHERE THEY DETERMINED THE CLUTCH DISC HAD FAILED DUE TO ABUSE. THE DEALER REPLACED IT AS A COURTESY. A YEAR LATER, THE CLUTCH DISC FAILED AGAIN. *JB
