2024 Thor Motor Coach Quantum

The contact owns a 2024 Thor Quantum RV. The contact stated that while parked with the engine idling, the RV started to vibrate and shake before shutting off. The contact was unable to restart the RV. The RV was later towed to the local mechanic. The local mechanic diagnosed the RV and determined that the fuel pump control module had failed due to condensation from the A/C drainage pipe leaking onto the module. The module was replaced, and the RV was repaired. The contact was informed that due to the design location of the A/C drainage pipe being directly over top of the fuel pump control module, the failure would probably recur. Additionally, while driving at various speeds, the RV was pulling to the right. The RV was taken to the local mechanic, who was unable to properly align the steering wheel due to a manufacturer's defect. No further information was available.
