THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AXLE WHERE THE TIRES ARE LOCATED IS GRINDING OFF THE RUBBER. AS A RESULT, HE MUST REPLACE THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE AND THE OTHERS NEED REPLACING AS WELL. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE AXLE WAS MADE BY LIPPER AND ADVISED THE CONTACT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH LIPPER TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE. HE TOOK THE TRAILER TO LIPPER, BUT THEY FOUND NO FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT APPLICABLE.
