TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SATURN VUE HYBRID. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTONATION CHEVROLET NORTH RICHLAND HILLS (7769 BOULEVARD 26, NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENGINE WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED, BUT THE ENGINE BEGAN TO EXPERIENCE OVERHEATING AND THE SERPENTINE BELT FRACTURED DUE TO A FAILED AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR. THE VEHICLE ALSO EXPERIENCED VARIOUS OTHER FAILURES, INCLUDING A DRAINED BATTERY AND THE STABILITRAC WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
