TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CLASSIC MOTORWORKS C5 MILITARY MOTORCYCLE (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER FAILED TO SHIFT INTO AND ENGAGED INTO NEUTRAL, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO DECELERATE OR IDLE. THE FAILURE WAS EXPERIENCED SEVERAL TIMES WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT HE NEEDED TO SHIFT GEARS WITH FORCE IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO ENGAGE INTO THE PROPER GEAR. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 8,000.
