SIZE RAMP DROPPING TO ROAD. UNKNOWN IF PINS HIT OR DAMAGED ANYTHING AS I WAS TRAVELING. RETRIEVED RAMP AND TWO OF THREE PINS. POOR WELDS BROKE ALLOWING PINS TO WORK THEIR WAY OUT. UPON INSPECTION OF PINS AND HINGE BODY I FOUND SPOT WELDS WERE POORLY DONE AND NO ANGLE OF WELD ON PINS WERE MADE-JUST SURFACE ADHESION.
