The contact owns a 2015 Ram Promaster 2500. The contact stated that while his client was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was shudder abnormally, prompting him to pull over to the shoulder of the roadway. The contact owns a 2015 Ram Promaster 2500. The contact stated that while his client was driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was shudder abnormally, prompting him to pull over to the shoulder of the roadway. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who determined that the fan bearings were damaged, allowing the fan to move back and forth freely. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related it to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V818000 (Equipment, Engine and Engine Cooling) but the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
