CONSUMER STATES THAT WAS INVOLVED ON A FRONT COLLISION AND THE AIR BAG EXPLODED ON HER FACE CAUSING PHISICAL DAMAGE TO THE CONSUMER. DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. MR
