The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, there was condensation inside the front passenger’s side headlight assembly housing. The contact stated that the protective layer had deteriorated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The contact was informed that the repair was previously performed. The contact was informed that the repair was not covered under any special programs or recalls. The failure mileage was approximately 52,647.
