2017 VEHICLE HESITATED WHILE LEAVING A DRIVE THROUGH, WOULD NOT SHIFT FROM PARK. AT NEXT VENUE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. OWNER ATTEMPTED TO START VEHICLE WITH REMOTE START. BOUGHT NISSAN ARMADA ABOUT 7 WEEKS AGO. WENT ON A 3.5 HOUR TRIP TWICE. WHILE USING THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM WENT BLANK, FLICKER. CALLED AND TOOK IT BACK TO DEALER. TEXTED THE SERVICE ADVISOR PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THIS HAPPENING. THE DEALER HAD MY VEHICLE FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND COULD NOT REPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THEY DROVE MY VEHICLE A FEW HUNDRED MILES AND STILL COULDN'T GET IT TO REPLICATE. THE DEALER DECIDED TO ORDER A NEW RADIO. I DROPED MY VEHICLE OFF LAST NIGHT AND SAID THE PART WOULD BE IN SOMETIME TODAY 11/14/2017. RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE ADVISOR SAID THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER AND THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THE PART WOULD BE IN. COULD BE UPTO 6 MONTHS.
