PURCHASED NEW 2008 WILDFIRE WITH 0 MILES FOR $1100 THE WEEK OF 5/7/10 AT THE MICHIGAN BICYCLE.IN ROYAL OAK MICHIGAN..THE DAY AFTER PURCHASE THE BATTERY DIED..RODE THE SCOOTER FOR 3 WEEKS....THE SCOOTER WOULD NOT START...CONTACTED THE DEALER TO GET THE ISSUE FIXED...WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT A FACTORY WARRANTY AND THAT THE CARBURETOR WAS BROKEN..AND IT WOULD COST 100.00 TO REPAIR...LEFT THE BIKE AT THE SHOP FOR WEEK...AFTER I GOT THE BIKE BACK THE CARBURETOR WAS REPAIRED BUT I HAD A GAS LEAK AND MY GAS HAND WAS NOT WORKING...CONTACTED DEALER ABOUT ISSUES..STATED THAT HE WOULD NOT FIX ISSUES UNLESS I PAID HIM...CONTINUED TO DRIVE BIKE WITH ISSUES UNTIL WEEK OF JUNE 8, 2010..WHILE RIDING THE BIKE...THE MUFFLER BEGUN TO SHAKE...PULLED OVER TO SEE THAT A SCREWS HAD BROKEN IN HALF THAT HOLDS MUFFLER IN PLACE.....CONTACTED THE DEALER ABOUT REPAIR..HE STATED THAT THERE WOULD BE A $50 CHARGE TO REPAIR...TO DAYS LATER I PAID THE $50...RECEIVED MY BIKE 2 DAYS LATER...DROVE A HALF A MILE AND SCREWS THAT HOLD MUFFLER FAIL OUT CAUSING SAME PROBLEM...CONTACTED DEALER...STATED THAT HE WOULDN'T FIX ISSUE...BIKE IS STILL NOT REPAIR AND NOT DRIVABLE....CONTACTED THE DEALER AND FACTORY ABOUT WARRANTY OR RETURN POLICY..STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY.... *TR
