THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY; HOWEVER, THE AIR BAG LIGHT INDICATED THAT THEY WERE ACTIVATED. THE CONTACT HAS A COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT. HE HAS NOT NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER. THE SPEED AND POWERTRAIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 123,468.
