The contact attempted to rock the vehicle to release the brakes. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to identify the cause of the failure. The contact stated that there was water in the parking brake cable line. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was taken to another local dealer, Greenbrier Ford, Inc. Service (1686 Jefferson St N, Lewisburg, WV 24901), where it was determined that the parking brake had seized. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and referred the contact to the local dealer. The approximate failure mileage was 28,000,
