CONSUMER WAS HAVING A SERIOUS HEADLIGHT PROBLEMS. HEADLIGHTS WERE SO DIM THAT WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT HE VEERED OFF THE ROAD BECAUSE THE ONCOMING VEHICLES COULD BARELY SEE HIM. HE WAS TOLD BY DEALER THAT THE REFLECTOR MATERIAL INSIDE THE HEADLAMPS OVERHEATED AND BURNED OUT. CONSUMER NEEDED HELP TO REPLACE THE HEADLIGHTS BE…
