TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MERCEDES BENZ C320. THE CONTACT STATED THAT GASOLINE FUMES WERE EMITTED INTO THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP AND SEAL WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,600 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 55,610.
