WHEN PARKED ON A HILL THE TRAILER POPPED OFF THE HITCH AND ROLLED BACK. SAFETY CHAINS WERE ATTACHED TO THE TRAILER FRAME BY A LINK CLIP. WHILE PARKED ON A HILL THE TRAILER POPPED OFF THE HITCHED AND ROLLED BACK. THE SAFETY CHAINS SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE TRAILER CONNECTED TO THE VEHICLE, INSTEAD THE CLIP STRETCHED AND CAME APART…
