MY WIFE AND I WERE TRAVELING ON THE PA. TURNPIKE WHEN A TRACTOR TRAILER BLEW A TIRE. I STRUCK A SMALL PIECE OF THE TIRE AND THE SIDE CURTAIN AIR CANOPY AND SEAT SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED, INJURING MY WIFE AND ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT!*AK
