The contact owns a 2007 Lexus LS460. The contact stated while driving approximately 60 MPH, the Traction Control, brakes, ABS, and vehicle stability control warning lights were illuminated. A message also informed the driver to “Pull Over Immediately and Contact the Dealer”. The contact was informed that the brake actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.
