TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS GX470. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS ENGAGED AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS COMMON AND OCCURRED ON THIS SPECIFIC MODEL VEHICLE WHEN REACHING OR EXCEEDING 13,000 MILES. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN REPLACED WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE TWICE BY THE AUTHORIZED DEALER DUE TO THE CONSTANT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REMEDY FOR THE FAILURE.
