TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LEXUS GX470. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD UNDER THE HOOD. THE NOISE WAS HEARD WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED AND WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH. IN ADDITION, UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS VEERED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SYSTEM FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
