THE BRAKES HAVE FAILED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE SPEED IS USUALLY LESS THAN 10 MPH. ON TIME THE CAR WAS AT A COMPLETE STOP WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE. THE CAR MADE A HUMMING NOISE AND THE CAR LURCHED FORWARD INTO THE INTERSECTION. MY FOOT NEVER LEFT THE BRAKE PEDAL. THIS HAS CONTINUED TO HAPPEN. THE CAR HAS BEEN BROU…

THE CAR HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO THE DEALERSHIP ON 4 DIFFERENT OCASSIONS AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. NO ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES HAVE RESULTED.
