Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) and Lane Keep Assist systems turn off for no apparent reasons. This happened multiple times on this loaner vehicle and my own vehicle (same model). All the times I've seen this happen it was at night and clear out. So its not like radars or cameras are blocked by rain, snow, etc...This needs to be investigated since its happening on all of these models and radar/cameras are clear. Only common theme so far is that its happening when its dark out.

25V705000 · Power Train:automatic Transmission:gear Position Indication (prndl)

Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2025 Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery Sport, and 2026 Range Rover Evoque, and Jaguar F-Pace vehicles. Moisture may have entered the gear shift module (GSM) during assembly, which can cause the gear shift position indicator light to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: A gear shift position indicator that fails to illuminate can make it difficult to identify the correct transmission gear position, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the GSM, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed December 2, 2025. Owners may contact Land Rover’s customer service at 1-800-637-6837. Land Rover's numbers for this recall are D054 and H566.
